Some quick thoughts about tonight's Dancing With The Stars ep...

- I thought Jake was way overscored; but apparently (based on their comments and my own observations), I was watching a different dance than the judges?

- I thought Kate was way overscored as well, and her scores didn't match the judges comments AT ALL.

- I thought Erin was underscored.

- I thought Nicole and Derek could have done more with the "Pretty Woman" theme, but maybe that's just me.

- I'm not looking forward to the swing marathon, as I feel that marathons on DWTS are just another way for the show to prop their favorites.

In other news, I had a lovely day today, so that's always good!

I will not allow the fear of "what if" to ruin the joy of "what is".

Evan once again was a favorite for me. I had a really hard time getting through to vote, which I hope is a good thing.

I think the pants-less-ness of Jake might have really helped him out last night.

Kate is definitely the weakest (still) but I'm not sure if she'll go tonight.

I'm glad to hear that about Evan. I was able to get right through Evan's phone line, but I think that's because it was at the beginning of the show. I was in the car, not in front of the TV, so I thought I'd get my cell phone votes out of the way. :)

Yeah, good point about Jake. I do appreciate his willingness to throw himself into the dance completely; I just thought it looked like he was off (not with Chelsie) for the majority of the dance.
