I watched Ed tonight, and wow! I really enjoyed it. It wasn't what I expected, at all, but that's a good thing, right? Yay for being original.

Plus (and this is a big reason why I loved it so much, although Ed and Carol are adorable in their own right), I could completely see Dana and Casey from Sports Night in a similar situation. Maybe a few seasons down the road from when the show ended, but still. *sigh*

Now, snagged from [livejournal.com profile] dani_ellie (thanks!):

Also, for 8 Simple Rules fans, some Kaley Cuoco (Bridget on 8 Simple Rules) fans made an appreciation card for the cast, in case anyone wanted to sign it.

Okay, should be off to bed now so I can get up incredibly early and struggle to finish my number theory homework. Fun. :P

I am *so* sorry. I wish I had taped it.

I agree, NBC had been moving its time slot around quite frequently. I think the network has done that for other shows, too. I missed Just Shoot Me's premiere last year because I didn't know when it was on, and, just like you, I had been checking for it. I ended up not watching it the rest of the year -- not only did I still have trouble figuring out when it was on, but I found other shows to watch the same night in its place.

I don't know why I'm ranting about that, except to say that I feel your pain. Again, I'm sorry. :(

My dad said yesterday that he actually saw a preview for the Ed premiere on Tuesday yet didn't think or remember to tell me. ::sighing:: Oh, well. I'll most likely get to see it in reruns eventually, and it's not like I've never missed any previous episodes. Plus I can always read the Television without Pity recap.
