raisingirl99Evan & Anna - I couldn't help but think how good the dance would have been if it were Donny and Kym. That being said, even if I didn't think it totally played to Evan's strengths, I thought it was very good. He deserves to be at the top of the leaderboard, definitely. Oh, and yay for adorably funny Evan/Anna interaction in rehearsal!
Erin & Maks - I agree with Len -- I wish they had gotten started sooner. I would have preferred the blindfold on the entire time. I did like the concept, though. I thought it was more original than most of the "original" choreo Derek has.
Ochocinco & Cheryl - I liked it and thought it was good, but not as good as I had hoped it would be. I think it's the worst of all the NFL Paso Dobles. :( Still a fan, though, and definitely a big improvement over last week's performance.
Jake & Chelsie - I can't believe I'm saying this, as it is HUGE praise coming from me, but while they were dancing tonight I was reminded of Drew & Cheryl. Possibly because they're both short, possibly because there's just something fun about his dancing.
Nicole & Derek - I think Derek totally broke the rules on purpose, to get the judges to come across as "mean," thus giving the pairing support from the voters. I'm hoping that doesn't happen, though, as I would love to see them go home. She's a ringer, and an uninteresting one (IMO) at that. Also, apparently a whiny one, lol. Oh! They're also a bit too much Mya/Dmitry Part 2 for me.
I know I'm forgetting a lot, but last comment... awesome to see Anna D. again!
This is going to be hard for me, voting-wise, as apparently there are only 2 couples for which I have NO desire to vote!
