Comment and I will give you three interests on your list for you to explain about. Post your response in your journal, along with these instructions if you wish.

Fonzie - He is the definition of cool. Plus, just think of how much easier life would be if you always had a Fonzie around. He always wins, and he can get anything to work. Besides, if it wasn't for the Fonz, we wouldn't be able to discuss shows jumping the shark. Oh, and of course I have to mention one of my all-time favorite television couples, he and Ashley Pfister.

Scream - This is probably the first scary movie I ever watched and loved. It does such a fantastic job of combining suspense, humor, and, yes, character development. The acting is superb, and the music is pretty awesome, too. All in all it's one of the best movies I've ever seen.

The Stephen Clay Experience - On a shallow note, Michael Easton as a rock star? Very hot. Much more than that, though, I love the music and the whole concept. I just wish I could buy a CD.

I just learned that Jerry Orbach died of prostate cancer at the age of 69. :( My thoughts and prayers go to him and those who loved him.

Port Charles and First Wives Club. )

Brian Presley, Brian Gaskill, and Michael Easton, all in the same scene?

Thank goodness the semester is finally over!

I read an excellent column this morning at Soaptown USA, "What Happened To The Fans?". I think it's a good read for all One Life To Live fans, as well as (maybe) anyone who's interested in the negative vs. positive attitudes of fandoms.

The column inspired me not only to write the author, but also OLTL, Soap Opera Digest, and, um, Michael Easton. I haven’t sent all of them yet -- I may not get around to it, knowing me -- but I hope I do. If I were an actor/writer/producer/whatever at a television show, I think I’d love to get positive feedback from fans.

(Um, yeah. Speaking of OLTL, I’m loving John and Evangeline together.)

Thursday’s OLTL (and Ellen, too) )

I'm behind on reading/replying -- sorry! Anyway, I hope everyone has a fun and safe weekend. :)

Could Michael Easton be any sexier? I didn't think anything could top his portrayal of Caleb on Port Charles, but on One Life To Live? *swoons*

(Okay, okay, I know that not all of you feel that way, but I certainly do. ;))

I was pretty whiny in my last post, and I apologize. I need to stop writing entries at 4 in the morning. :)

Anyway... off to grade papers, have a Tab, and listen to Tori.

I'm really enjoying Paul and Rosanna (aka Todd and Dixie!) on As The World Turns. I think they have a lot of chemistry, and as good as Roger Howarth is, I'm just not interested in him when he's in scenes with anyone else. Besides, I think he has chemistry with his onscreen sister Jennifer, and that creeps me out.

Michael Easton is incredibly sexy. I'm so excited that he, Matthew Ashford, and Heather Tom are all on One Life To Live now. I have to start back watching that one, too. =)

Did anyone else hear that JTT was going to be on 8 Simple Rules? Weird. *g*

Yeah, this was a pointless post.

Here's something remotely interesting: Vote for the best new television drama series for the People's Choice Awards here. If you have no opinion, may I suggest Joan of Arcadia or The O.C.? (The third choice is Cold Case, which I've never seen.)

In other news...

My Soap DVD/Michael Easton book came yesterday. Yay! I didn't have access to our DVD player yesterday, but I'm so watching it tonight. I really like Michael's book, though. I mean, in one of his poems he made a reference to my all-time favorite show, Get Smart. How cool is that? *g*

I'm still behind on replying to some people's journals (and to the comments on my own), so I apologize for that. Unfortunately I've got to get offline in a few minutes, seeing as I'm extremely behind on schoolwork. *sigh*

Port Charles rocked today! Seriously, I just sat there watching with a big smile. In case anyone's wondering, for the past nine months, a lot of the show has involved a fictional band, The Stephen Clay Experience. (My man Michael Easton was Stephen Clay.) Anyway, today's ep involved a "Behind The Music" special on the band, complete with interviews with various PC characters. Not only was it creative and enjoyable, but the special also involved gorgeous pictures of Michael Easton, er, Stephen Clay. ;) I loved it!

For the record, yes, I am well aware that Port Charles only has a few months left until it's gone for good. While I really hate that, I don't want it to take away from my enjoyment of the PC we have left. I know everyone put a lot of hard work into The Gift (the upcoming, and final, arc), and I'm prepared to enjoy it for all it's worth.

In other, "real life," news, I got my summer housing assignment this morning and realized that there's only one internet connection in my dorm room. One. Which means my roommate (whom I have never met) and I cannot go online at the same time. Well, I'm pretty much addicted to the internet, and feeling stuck at school without the luxury of going online when I please freaks me out. I know I am being a *big* baby about this, and there are so many other bad things in the world, so there's no reason to get upset about this. Still, that was one of the things I was most looking forward to about being back on campus. *sigh*

On a good note, though, my room comes with a microfridge. Yay!
