Days Of Our Lives has just been awesome these days.
Yes, I hate Chelsea. Yes, I find all of her scenes -- and all of the "teen scene," really (Jeremy, Stephanie, Jett) -- boring at best. Oh, and I could live without Belle and Shawn scenes. (Seriously, we do NOT need another Shawn/Belle/Philip triangle.)
However. The rest of it? Just about pure awesome.
Bo and Hope. Anna. The DiMeras. Sami and Lucas. Doug and Julie. Steve!

In non-Salem news, I'm totally awful at my friends list. I'll get caught up... this weekend, maybe? Hope y'all are all doing well.

I found some good General Hospital clips from the early 90s on YouTube -- Jagger/Karen/Jason/Robin stuff. Very awesome.
I was going to write about Lost, but twice now I've deleted my comments. So I'll just say that I love Desmond and Penny (together and apart), and that I've actually enjoyed the past two episodes all the way through. As in, I was glued to the screen from start to finish. This hasn't happened since season one, so, yay. I don't think it'll happen this Wednesday, but at least this season has had two good episodes.
Finally, on a random (and happy) note, I watched Bye Bye Birdie last night. I heart that movie. Kim, Ursula, Hugo, and Conrad are hilarious.

I also watched One Tree Hill for the first time last night. I don't know why, but I found it strangely addictive. Which is just what I need because, you know, I don't watch nearly enough television. *rolls eyes at self*

Getting To Know You

There's always the off chance that someone will just happen to surf onto my lj (weird thought, I know). Well, instead of giving you (whoever you may be) a long, boring introduction (which I'll probably do in the future, anyway), I decided to write a few top ten/five lists of my favorite television/media-related things.
