DWTS Thoughts. Season 10, Week 3. )

This is going to be hard for me, voting-wise, as apparently there are only 2 couples for which I have NO desire to vote!

No offense to the Patriots fans on my friends list, because you guys are awesome, but please may Indianapolis beat New England next week. (I was already rooting for them to win the Super Bowl, anyway.)

Have you guys heard about the GH Boycott? (You have to scroll down a little bit before you get to it.) Just thought that was interesting.

Btw, watching your two favorite football teams play? Is not as fun or easy as it sounds. *sighs*

I think my icon says it all.

I love Julius Peppers. For my own reference, I decided to save an excellent article about him from today's Charlotte Observer in my journal. However, I didn't want to be stingy with the Julius love, so I didn't make the entry Private.

I just have so much respect for him... )

How awesome was football this weekend? Of course I'm talking about the Steelers and the Panthers. First time this season that both of my teams have won. Not to mention that the Steelers really needed this game. Ooh, and I just heard that Julius Peppers leads the league in sacks. :)

I'm excited about tonight's Heroes, Wednesday's Lost, and tomorrow's Dancing With The Stars -- when it comes to the winner, I would be perfectly fine with every single person left.

I hope this isn't too spoilerish for today's Y&R, but I thought Bryton (Devon) gave an awesome performance. I've been a fan of his since back in the day on Family Matters, and I was excited about him being on Y&R from the first moment I heard he was joining the cast; so I'm thrilled that he's proving me right, lol.

Yay Panthers! :D Although, is it wrong that every time anyone mentions Na'il Diggs, I think of Mr. Dig from Lizzie McGuire?

On an unrelated note, happy birthday, Penny Marshall. :)

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A little scary there at the end, but it's okay... WE WON!!!
raisingirl99: (Claire Squee (by chiltonchick333))
We've already scored!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you, Gamble! Thank you, Keyshawn!

I really need a football icon.

Edited To Add: We won. I may have aged 10-20 years during this game, but we won.

It's football season, baby!

Meanwhile, I may collapse from laughing so hard at these commercials. It may sound like I'm being sarcastic... I'm not. The best? Peyton Manning. *loves*

First of all, I apologize for going on and on here about the Panthers over the last month or so. I'll try to keep any future rants to an lj-cut, so if they're not your favorite team in the world, you don't have to see it.

As for today... congrats to the Patriots and their fans for a great season and the victory last night.

I'm disappointed, of course, but I'm still really proud of the Panthers for all of their accomplishments. I love the players so much -- they have an amazing amount of heart.

As for now, I have studying/homework to do, but I'd much rather be reading the 90+ briefly skimmed entries on my friends list. :\

Spoilers for 'The Heights,' The O.C. )

I know I'm constantly saying this, but I'm very much behind on reading everyone's journals, and I feel horrible about that. :(

School is school, blah blah blah. Joan Of Arcadia was fabulous -- I enjoyed it so much more this time around than before. I'm also becoming a big Luke/Grace fan.

I'm completely psyched for the Super Bowl -- I love my Panthers! =) (Sorry, but I'm obsessed.)

Also, I saw part of Thursday's debate for the upcoming Democratic primary in South Carolina. John Kerry reminds me so much of some actor on television, but I can't figure out who it is. It's been driving me crazy since then, though. *shrugs*

Okay, I think I've rambled enough for now. Have a great night, everyone!

John Fox (coach of the Carolina Panthers) just referenced Maxwell Smart on ESPN.

Fox is my hero.
