Guiding Light Talk

raisingirl99Even though I think only a couple of you (at the most) watch Guiding Light, I feel like talking about the show anyway.
I dislike Harley's storyline. As a general rule, I find prison plotlines to be annoying. Prison isn't fun, it's not something I particularly want to see, and usually the character gets out after a short period of time, so who cares? In this particular case, I really hate the idea of Harley having a bunch of guys coming to her rescue. I'd much rather see my heroines rescue themselves, thank you very much.
Actually, I don't particularly like most of GL right now. I don't really know what's going on with the Dinah/Edmund/Cassie/Jeffrey plotline, and I don't care. Well, that's not entirely true. I really like Dinah, and I'm getting sick of Cassie getting everything over her. What else? I can't stand Michelle; and while I like Danny and Marina, I'm pretty sure that pairing is doomed.
Enough of the negativity. What do I like? Well, I almost always enjoy watching Reva and (especially) Jonathan -- no matter what the material, KZ and TP are extremely entertaining. I love Jonathan/Tammy/Sandy interaction as well. I'm very intrigued to find out more about who Sandy and Jonathan truly are -- there's such a fascinating back story there that can be explored for quite some time, if the show chooses to do so. Jonathan and Tammy are electrifying together; I cross my fingers every episode that they'll be on that day. Sometimes Tams and Sandy are way too saccharine for me, but then it becomes laughable. Finally, I like Coop and Lizzie a lot.
Anyway. I'm waaaaay behind on my friends list. I'm sorry about that, and I hope you guys are all doing amazingly well.
