One of the highlights of my day:
Walking back to my dorm room, I overheard a guy use the phrase "Pulling a Zack Morris." I love how SBTB and its characters have turned into such pop culture icons. *g*
As long as I'm talking about TV (what a shock), I watched Scrubs tonight. I loved it! Especially the sweet JD/Elliot interaction (okay, sweet thoughts of JD about Elliot) there at the end. I so love the idea of them as a couple. I'm glad the show isn't all about their couple potential, but one day I hope they can become more than just friends/sometimes sex buddies. ;) Although it is cool to see Noel (I mean, Scott Foley) on again.
One thing I hated seeing, though, was Elliot destroying her room. I'm all about her getting some confidence, but did she have to tear up her teddy bear? :( (I'm such a sap. I don't even particularly care for dolls myself, except for a select few, like my Mickey Mouse dolls. It still bothered me, though. *shrugs*)
Yesterday I remembered that I get the WB's primetime line-up 22 hours later (for some reason, we don't get the WB around here at its normal time). Unfortunately, I remembered this with about ten minutes left of Gilmore Girls. A very enjoyable ten minutes, but just ten minutes. Oh, well. There's always the rest of the year.
Anything else? Hmmm... Oh, yeah. Walking to class today, I also passed by a guy who, while he didn't look exactly like him, had a smirk closely resembling that of Luke Perry's. I think my heart skipped a beat.
I am such a girl sometimes.

Date: 2003-10-03 02:30 am (UTC)We used to get WB shows a day later here too, that was when the channel that aired it also aired the UPN shows and UPN was a higer priority. Now they dropped UPN and we usually get the WB shows in the normal time slots. But it used to be hell. We'd have to watch the WB shows late at night like starting at 11. lol Plus that same channel also shows our university's sports games so sometimes the schedule would really get messed up.
It's even cooler that a GUY used the Zack Morris reference. :D
And yay for guys looking like Luke! ;)
